First thing in the morning, your mind is open, your defenses are down, and you’re the most in tune with yourself.

💡 What is the first feeling that floods through you?
✔️ Are you excited? Anxious? Avoiding something?
✔️ Are you frustrated, hurt, or confused?
✔️ What do you need to focus on today?
The answer is important—because that’s where your energy and healing need to go.
I believe how you start your day impacts everything. So every morning, I:
✅ Make a cup of tea (non-negotiable! ☕)
✅ Sit outside & look at the mountains
✅ Say two prayers
✅ Read out loud what I want most
✅ Affirm my focus & intentions
And when I finish, I always say:
👉 “Peter Pamela Rose, suiting up, showing up, reporting for duty.”
This isn’t just about showing up for the world—it’s about showing up for myself, my life, and what truly matters.

Instead…
✔️ Be still. Listen. Accept the message.
✔️ Affirm the good.
✔️ Find your connection to the universe.
✔️ State your focus for the day.
👉 And most importantly, suit up, show up, and report for duty—to YOURSELF.

✔️ Say out loud: “I am ready for today.”
✔️ Use visualization or simple affirmations.
