First thing in the morning, your mind is open, your defenses are down, and you’re the most in tune with yourself.

💡 What is the first feeling that floods through you?
✔️ Are you excited? Anxious? Avoiding something?
✔️ Are you frustrated, hurt, or confused?
✔️ What do you need to focus on today?

The answer is important—because that’s where your energy and healing need to go.


📌 My Personal Morning Routine

I believe how you start your day impacts everything. So every morning, I:

Make a cup of tea (non-negotiable! ☕)
Sit outside & look at the mountains
Say two prayers
Read out loud what I want most
Affirm my focus & intentions

And when I finish, I always say:
👉 “Peter Pamela Rose, suiting up, showing up, reporting for duty.”

This isn’t just about showing up for the world—it’s about showing up for myself, my life, and what truly matters.


📝 Morning Cues: What to Ask Yourself Each Day

📌 Melody Beattie’s questions to reflect on:
✔️ What is my first feeling today?
✔️ What am I trying to avoid?
✔️ Do I need rest, fun, or focus?
✔️ Is there a conversation I need to have?
✔️ Am I in a negative frame of mind?

💡 Pay attention to these cues—because they tell you what needs your attention the most.


🔄 Reframing Your Day with Intention

You don’t have to be afraid.
You don’t have to rush.
You don’t have to control everything.

Instead…
✔️ Be still. Listen. Accept the message.
✔️ Affirm the good.
✔️ Find your connection to the universe.
✔️ State your focus for the day.

👉 And most importantly, suit up, show up, and report for duty—to YOURSELF.

1. Identify Your Non-Negotiables
✔️ What simple ritual makes you feel grounded?
✔️ Tea? Journaling? Meditation? Sitting in nature?

2. Ask Yourself Morning Cues
✔️ What’s my first thought or feeling?
✔️ What’s one small action I can take today to align with my goals?

3. Affirm Your Intentions
✔️ Say out loud: “I am ready for today.”
✔️ Use visualization or simple affirmations.
